At NewWave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy under certain conditions. Please read the following guidelines to understand how returns and exchanges work.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we will be unable to offer a return or exchange.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

2. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to sales@newwave.com.pk or call us at +92 (42) 111-888-111 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will review your case and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required to process your return. Please do not send any items back without this authorization.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. NewWave will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 15 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, we will process the exchange upon receipt of the original item. You will need to place a new order for the replacement item, and we will ship it to you once we receive the returned product.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the value of the returned items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@newwave.com.pk or +92 (42) 111-888-111 We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as any packaging, when contacting us to ensure faster processing of your claim.
If the damage is determined to be caused by shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier.

5. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or at a discounted price are only eligible for return or exchange if they meet the same criteria outlined above. However, shipping charges for sale or discounted items may not be refunded.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account or payment method again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
